Publishers dispatch journals directly to colleges if available. Otherwise, the agency will dispatch to the subscriber.
Dispatch follows the journal's frequency as per publisher guidelines.
If any journal issue is missing, inform the agency within 7 days for assistance.
Renewals will be communicated before the subscription expires to ensure uninterrupted access.
